Collaboration between the Department of Optometry, Asia University, the School of Optometry, Hong Kong PolyU and Lions Clubs International MD 300 on low vision care for special education students in Taiwan.

In early June 2018, students and professionals from Asia University, Hong Kong PolyU and Lions Clubs International held a visual screening project for special education students in Kaohsiung and Taichung, Taiwan. This project took 9 days and approximately 400 special education students have been examined. We believe this invaluable international cooperation experience has brought great benefits and memories to both parts.
